The only reason I gave it one star is because I couldn't figure out how to give it ZERO! Stay away from ANY NERO product. While they do run.....sometimes........when they DON"T run there are no detailed error messages and worse yet, there is NO SUPPORT! I have been working non-stop for a week now trying to fix a problem and all NERO support does is sent me emails that they have opened at ticket. I have finally given up and am in the process of looking for a different company to work with....... and I STRONGLY suggest you do too!

So excited to use this stuff!! Great chocolate flavor. My only complaint is that the size of the container is far too large for the amount of product inside. When I opened it for the first time, it was only about half full. Can't wait to try the other flavors and products!

I ordered this thinking it would work for my needs and hoping for the best. I just received the box and was pleasantly surprised. The product came assembled and the instructions were very straight forward. I was ready to exercise in 15minutes. The chair itself is sturdy and I feel comfortable and secure. I feel the movements and am confident that the VQ Chair will help me with endurance and strength. Well done!
