I have another pair of this exact model. I just got it in another color. One for out side (through rain and mud etc.) and one for on the treadmill. They fit nice and are breathable. They are very light weight. Even in the box it barley feels like anything is in there. I am a fan of Nike for running shoes and athletic shoes overall. Usually with running you a go a half size up to compensate for any swelling and so your feet don't ache afterwards, but with these particular running shoes from Nike I just get my normal size which is a 10 and it fits fine. There have been others that I've gotten a 10.5 instead of 10.

I first tried Flexoplex about a year ago... I was skeptical at first, but was in so much knee pain that I had to try it. I had tried Glucosamine Chondroitin at first and it did little to help. Within about a week of taking Flexoplex I noticed a difference. The arthritis in my knee was causing a Baker's Cyst in the back of my knee and even that started to feel better. I got so much better that I stopped taking the Flexoplex, mostly because I didn't want to spend $40 a month if I didn't have to. I noticed the pain coming back shortly after that and recently the Baker's Cyst came back. So, I went back on the Flexoplex and again, about a week later noticed a lot of relief. I recognize that it may not work for some people and that Glucosamine is enough for others, but for me it works incredibly well. I am able to climb stairs, walk long distances, do yard work and live my life almost pain free. If you try it and don't get the same results I did, don't blame me, I am only speaking from my own experience. I wish it was more affordable. $40 a month is steep in my book, but worth it for the amount of relief I get.

Five days after the great treat of hearing Craig Johnson speak, this reader incurred a severe injury, leaving him with nothing to do but "be grounded"... and much time to read. I had read all of Craig Johnson's works to date, so occupied my time with other current American authors, eagerly awaiting, "An Obvious Fact". The wait was worth it! I join Colonel D (see his recent review) that THIS is Johnson's best work to date (and others are great-to-superb). And for those of you who have not heard Craig (speaking locations and dates at craigallenjohnson.com), he speaks as well as he writes and is most entertaining.

Written by a bio-chemist in understandable language. I learned a lot. Had to wade through quite a bit of his pre-supposition of the theory of evolution (which he accepts as a foregone conclusion of fact) but other than that it was well written. Would've preferred a more concise "just the facts" presentation. Would've liked a list of current trusted sources of DHEA, but he does say what to look for. Overall a very helpful guide to learning about improving health with DHEA.

I juat received my slendertone last night and tried it last night. Agree with other posters that the hieroglyphics are impossible and I can't even figure out how to switch to the other programs outside of 1. So keep starting it and it's program 1 for twenty minutes each time, lol.
