I bought this book for $1.00 at Goodwill several years ago. I am sure the research is now dated, but this is the book I have read most often and most thoroughly several times over in the last few years. {I am an avid reader and Kindle junkie; I have read several hundred books since). The pages of Katz's are full of my notes, the blank pages at the back are filled with progress notes. I read critically: some of Katz's research is poorly reported; one supplement he recommends is now illegal (as a schedule 2 date rape drug). Don't reject or disregard the central premise or the entire book because of this.

Bought these for the new 2014 Grand Cherokee and they fit. There are end caps on both ends that require a key to remove. Bizarre. Not sure the value of that.

It's not a miracle pill, but it definitely works as an appetite suppressant, and I also feel like it helps keep my blood sugar level throughout the day.

I cancelled my DirecTV two years ago and don’t feel like I am missing out on much, I have Netflix, Amazon Prime Video and Sling, that combined with streaming from other sources pretty much provides me with all the television I care to watch, however Sling, which is my main source for streaming live TV doesn’t have local channels, and with it being football season I like to watch my Alma Matter play and if its televised on a local network instead of ESPN, Fox Sports or Pac 12 network I can’t watch it so I thought I might try out one of these antennas. I am extremely satisfied with it and I am very surprised with how many channels you can get with one of these things.

This is a slick looking 3" black billet antenna mast. I live in a big city and it pulls in all the AM & FM stations in that I need or want to listen to. Being so short next to the stock mast, I don't anticipate it will receive much in rural areas other than the most powerful of stations.

Overall, I am thoroughly pleased with the product and plan on continuing usage. This product, compared to other similar products, is on the better end of the spectrum. The scent is basically your text book lavender and it smells like heaven. The only thing I could complain about with this product is that the dropper came out of the box a ruined mess. I noticed it seemed a little wobbly before I changed the cap out to the dropper. Once I attempted to use the dropper, it was an absolute mess. It couldn't hold the oil up in the tube even, for some odd reason, so when I began to transfer it, the dropper began to spill oil out every where. Luckily, I noticed it and took care of the issue before it got any worse. I only recently became familiar with this brand and I have ordered around six of their essential oils. This is at least the second dropper that has come direct from the manufacturer like this. Thank goodness it comes with a regular cap because if I accidentally tipped this container over with the dropper on, it would leak oil out every where, I am sure of it.
