The only thing I didn't care for was how it leans forward while sitting on the ground, I know its a strange thing not to like, buts that's all I don't like about it. I have used it M-F since I bought it and have had no issues. Keeps things cool just as expected.

We love this shampoo and wash! It has a pleasant scent and lathers really well. Gentle on baby's skin and doesn't leave any residue. Although it was great for my baby's hair it wasn't so great for my toddlers. Longer hair ended up quite frizzy and dry.
