    I purchased this download to replace my current subscription and found that I am not able to follow earlier reviews suggestions to remove the old service key/subscription so that this could be loaded as a new version. It requires me to call QB support to first disconnect all direct deposit information - which must be done during their weekday support hours, which is when I am at work and away from my home computer. This is a challenge every year and I must spend hours working with support to get my new license in place and all service keys, direct deposit info set up correctly to work. I even bought a enhanced service support plan for $89.95 almost 3 months ago for other issues related to a separate version of QB I have for another business and the plan states that it is to provide 24/7 support only to be told today by QB that it doesn't cover installation problems and I have to call back on the regular support line. Additionally, I looked on my account today and found that they had set me up for automatic renewal of the service plan and plan on renewing next week without even notifying me and without my authorization for an automatic renewal. Overall, I am a very frustrated user! QB - Expand your support hours! Improve on your customer notifications! Improve on your online ability for customers to self-service, such as electing to drop automatic renewal plans! I very seldom write product reviews but in this case, feel a negative review is well deserved!
