I have two cats. One big fat, lazy male who has not a care in the world and one small and extremely skittish female. I got her when she was 9 weeks old, but she must have been feral because she was so fearful from the get-go. I thought she would relax once she got used to things, but that didn't happen. She lived under my bed for 2 years - truly. She came out when there were minimal people in the house, but you could not catch her to pet her or anything. If she snuck out of my room while we were awake and we looked at her, she would run back under the bed.

After doing much research and reading great reviews of this product, I purchased it. Sweeping and cleaning at the same time sounded so great - time saving and floors that come out "sparkling." I am really quite disappointed. First, it sweeps, but it is very weak. It's a sweeper much like the manual ones they use under tables at restaurants. So, instead of being this great time-saver where I sweep and steam all in one, I'm having to sweep the same area 4 times to get everything up. It doesn't get into corners either and leaves a good inch on each side - so the perimeter of the floor (where all the crumbs and pet hair seem to migrate) still doesn't get cleaned. My vacuum attachment does a much better job and does it in a 1/4 of the time. Second, the steamer is leaving my hardwood floor really dull and even leaves hazy spots here and there (and no I'm not leaving it sit in one place too long.) Also, when left in my closet the extra water in the holding tank slowly leaked out all over the floor. And finally, the steam trigger is very hard to depress, you really have to squeeze it tight to make the steam come out and hold it the whole time - my hands are strong, but they got tired after 500 square feet or so of floor. So, over all - vaccuming and a good mopping or swiffer wet-jet does a much better job in my opinion. Bummer - I thought I'd found the magic solution to this dreaded chore!

This is a great mount. Works exactly like it's supposed to, feels sturdy. Cable management works great, but is difficult to add or remove devices (you must unscrew the metal plates instead of clipping in an out). Perhaps most importantly, this price is unbeatable. Even with $100+ S&H to Canada, this was still LESS than 1/2 the price of anything I could find locally that would do this job.

I got it as a xmas present for my nephews. They actually wanted Just Dance 2014, but I didn't read it carefully and didn't realize I ordered the Kids version. Anyway, I told them not to open it and I'd send it back. Well, they opened it and have fallen in love with it. I guess it's a little easier than the regular version, so it's better for them.
