I bought this program because I wanted to utilize the rental property manager functions. I manage 16 rental properties and I spent 3 weeks entering data and trying to figure this program out. I ordered the so called "The Official Guide" for Quicken 2012, but it doesn't cover any of the rental property manager features. I was not impressed with this program at all. I started typesetting back in 1978 and I learn new programs very easily, but this one was a nightmare. The graphs don't have enough edit features to enable them to appear on a page without everything abbreviated or cut off. After wasting a month of my time, the money for 2 of these programs, one that my broker bought for the office, and one I bought for my home office, along with the useless manual, I emailed Quicken to find out where to get a manual on the rental property manager section and was told that there isn't one. I can use the online help. I prefer to use a manual so I can learn all the features the right way the first time, without all the trial and error and asking the box a question. This was the biggest waste of my time ever, and now I get to transfer all this into Excel, which does have a manual, and works the way it's supposed to. Don't waste your money if you're buying it for the rental property functions!! I can never get that wasted month of my life back.

I definitely have a book hangover today, as I devoured this story right before bed and late into the night. I won’t rehash the story but highlight a few things. I thought the main characters likable and relatable, the plot really twisted and dark, and the sex absolutely freaking HOT! I mean, it’s a step-father romance, but there is a reveal later towards the end that complicates that status. Really mind bending stuff, you won’t be disappointed.

Product install was about one full hour after downloads. Your vehicle will basically tell you that it can't install until all up dates are completed. Noticeable difference especially around the 4k rpm range. About 1 mpg gained overall.

They took a perfectly good story line and ruined it by putting in 3rd rate actors. OMG the acting was so horrible. I normally watch 2nd rate movies, just ask my husband, but this was beyond horrible. Dont waste your time.

Item received in envelope. Packaging a little bent but CD was fine. Installed no problems, and created a trip easily. Streets and Trips is no longer offered by Microsoft so I feel lucky that I found this. I plan a lot of routes with up to 40 stops around town. This is the best mapping program.

There are myriad ways to prepare for the test; some are good, some are bad, and determining the quality of each depends on your learning style. With this sort of test I learn best when doing an independent study. Taking an intensive course with a tutor might be helpful for those who have no idea where to start, but keep in mind it is expensive. However, studying independently can be expensive too depending on the route you take. Some of my classmates dropped $400 on a Kaplan course that includes a couple of prep books and a plethora of practice tests through their websites. The results of have been mixed with some doing very well and others getting refunds.
