I think these cards are a waste of money. They essentially are index cards with prompts on them. You can buy these cards already filled in for a few dollars more. Index cards will do the same thing for you. Keep your money and buy index cards.
These are one of the best inventions ever. It definitely helps my wife and I eliminate more poop as well as poop more easily. I feel everyone should have one because the last thing one wants to have is an unhealthy colon (large intestine). In some ways (not all ways), death begins in the colon and good health begins in the colon.
Looks to be a pretty nice bag, HOWEVER, laptop compartment is smaller than advertised. The large bag is supposed to fit laptops 18.5" wide by 12.4" high. My Dell M6600 is 16.5" x 11". Should fit, right? But in fact, it doesn't. It will fit in the main compartment, but you lose the (admittedly small) protective layer in the laptop compartment. More importantly you lose the TSA approved feature where you can just unfold the bag and don't have to pull the laptop out to have it x-rayed. Not the end of the world, but it wouldn't hurt to get the facts right in the description.
I had to return this book. Unless you have keen eyesight, you may need a bright light and a magnifying glass to study the majority of the figures in this book.
Waste of money. Just eat good and workout. Buy a good protein powder and call it a day! If you know even a little bit about nutrition, you don't need to spend the money on this. Disappointed.
