This is the best nutritional supplement sourse you will find. I don't want to eat everything for my nutrition. I now balance my foods with the best supplements for me that I found & read in this book. All his research is backed up with names and sources. This is the best you are going to get. l think this book should cost a whole lot more for the hard work that was done. I recommend this book for anyone that really wants to get healthy!!!

I don't lift like I used to due to injuries when I was younger but this stuff is great for just everyday working out if you want fast results. I tried the cheap Walmart protein but it wasn't cutting it and I felt more drained after every workout. After taking this stuff I feel 100% better!! I can run faster longer and lift more then I have in years. Also a great product if your going through physical therapy because you still need a great protein source. Try this stuff! Great price too!!

The details listed said it would be two SP Completes and 2 Gastro Fibers. Instead I got one SP Complete and one Whey Protein and only one Gastro Fiber. Very disappointed. They included a paper with different instructions than the Standard Process ones that are in the booklet (which was included) to make up for the difference. I followed their instructions this morning and my smoothie wasn't as good. I think it was the whey. That was the only difference. And I don't have enough Gastro Fiber to follow the SP plan. Won't order from them again.
