When I received the clipper I could not get the battery compartment open. I had to wait till my son came home to open it. Once he got it open I put in the batteries and the trimmer head might as well been made of plastic. It would not trim or file my nail at all. I sent it back

The package was different from the picture. I was not impressed. I was really disappointed. The only good thing was I received it on time

The up/down buttons are in a dangerous place, where your fingers are, so I kept hitting the up button and the temperature climbs fast! The entire brush is big, heavy and awkward to use.

a must have for soups, stocks, braising, you name it! amazing heat distribution and easy peasy cleanup. I'm addicted and must have more!!
