I purchased this and used twice a day for a month and saw no difference. Some of my toenails were definitely yellow, no disfiguration though. I thought that the entire toenail needed to grow out to see a difference, but I was still concerned that I'd seen no change. Called Customer Care. They explained it could take a few months and that I should lightly file the outside surface of each nail to create a rougher exterior. I started to do that every other day and WHALLA!

You definitely get your money's worth by purchasing this book since it truly has a plethora of possibilities for you as a writer. Not only can you use it during the calendar year, but also in subsequent years. It truly is a keeper!

This product is okay. I agree with many. It does help your hair grow, but i think the hair growth is different for everyone. It help hair grow in my bald spots but it did not make my hair thicker and it made me grow alot of hair on myhairline and i look like a porkypine if i tie my hair or leave it down it looks like i cut my hair in the front and left some.

Its for women from ages 30 and up. It firms, it tones, it strengthens your nails, your bones! OMG!! love it! love it! love it! I am actually on my second bottle. Just be sure to follow the instructions on the bottle and you are headed for younger, more youthful looking skin, hair, bones, nails and all!!! :-) :-)
