My daughters skin looks great and she has no problem taking these. I only gave three stars though because you have to take (3) to get the full benefit of the vitamins. Wish they'd make them like the woman's one.

Tiny little projector, not much bigger than a pack of cigarettes. Worked really well for us... easy to connect, good resolution.

Suddenly two more characters burst onto the page to help solve the issue, or perhaps further complicate it. A great book for toddlers who are fascinated by their size relative to others. Also perfect for older kids that are exploring the concept of big, bigger, small, and smallest. Bold illustrations and simple text make this a striking book and great read aloud.

I love this product! I definitely noticed a difference in my appetite and cravings. I am beginning to love all of the IdealShape products including the vanilla shake i ordered. They also have excellent customer service which is rare these days.

These tablets are easy to swallow. I purchased them to try and improve my concentration and focus. I can't say that I have noticed a great deal of improvement yet but I know it may not be something that is so strongly noticeable as with many vitamins it is hard to see the true benefit. You just have to trust that there is benefit in taking them.
