Makes my scalp feel good and tingly but doesn't do anything particularly remarkable. I have combination 3C/4a curls and they don't feel much different after using this. I prefer the Mixed Chicks Deep Conditioner for better moisture.

I've been a drummer for over 20 years and had tinkered with guitar here and there on occasion. I own an acoustic guitar that I play occasionally. I've been saying for years that there should be a game that uses a real guitar and teaches you to play. I had heard about Rocksmith when it came out but didn't take the plunge until the 2014 version came out. I got the guitar bundle and I'm loving the game and the Les Paul Junior. It's just what I need as a beginner. Now I just need to build up my calluses so my fingers aren't killing me after a couple hours.

I've been working out for almost 6-7 years now and I've had my fair share of pre-workouts. From the cheap off brand stuff you can buy at a drug store to the "premium" stuff at a nutrition store and nothing comes as close as this stuff. Very smooth and unlike most pre-workouts, one scoop is sufficient. I have a relatively high tolerance for caffeine and usually default to 2 scoops on other pre-workouts but I've never felt like I've needed more then 1 and 1/2 scoops of this stuff. If you are on the fence about buying this, just do it and you won't be disappointed. One thing I forgot to mention is the taste, this is by far the tastiest pre-workout I've had. Mixes well and doesn't give you a chalky or gritty taste in your mouth. I'm sold on this stuff. I don't think I will ever buy a different pre-workout again.

I have a lot of back issues due to a defect in the L4 from an accident many years ago, and also have mild DJD of the neck, which causes a lot of neck pain and headaches. I've been taking another Turmeric product for well over a year on an as needed basis. It never seems to have done anything for me and I finally decided to try something else. This gives you a great little boost during your workouts and helps you get the most out of each rep. This is loaded with the stuff your body needs to grow muscle mass. This is a great supplement and seems like it is great quality. I'm really happy with this and had some great results with this and noticeable differences in my muscle mass after using this.
