Very comfortable, super easy steering. The design takes getting used to, but it is awesome overall. The carry strap is a great feature. The pocket on the canopy is great. No cup holder is an easy fix, buy the attachment. I do not use the basket underneath very often because it is small. If you need to have easy access to something, put it there (like shoes that baby kicked off, or sockies, or whatever but nothing big).

Lightweight, easy to carry, lots of space, great bag! I did order a replacement padded shoulder pad - but that's a personal choice.
