It is expensive but is worth it because it lasts forever. We've used the same big bottle on our toddler for a full year (first it was baths twice a week and now daily). We especially love that it rinses off quickly with no residue. This is important when your kid is fighting the bath and you want to get it done quickly. The scent is subtle and soothing.

Several years ago, I purchased this set as a housewarming gift for a friend, who raved about them so much that I ended up buying a set for myself. As an impoverished college student at the time, my selection really came down to the price being right. Fortunately, the knives were right, too. I still use these knives every day, 4.5 years later, often mistreating them, with no ill effects. Now that I'm ready to move on to one of the premiere lines, I will hand these down to a younger sibling, as they still have numerous years of use left in them.

I've been a customer of Acronis for many years and it has gotten me out of bind more than once. I updated to Acronis 2015 (also the latest update) and now my scheduled backups on my computer and my wife's computer consistently hang. I might get an incremental for a day or two and then the jobs get stuck in a queued state. I have to stop the scheduled tasks, end the Acronis background processes and restart the backup. This again works for awhile until the problem returns. Looking at the Acronis Forum, others are having the same problem. Acronis support policy is a joke. I have to spend money to talk with them about an issue with their product if I am past the 30 days from purchase? If I'm going to have to spend money, I may as well try another product which is what I did. I picked EaseUS and so far it is working without any issues. As I said, I liked Acronis and their 2015 version was a lot more streamlined than earlier versions but this buggy software and their support policy has made me move on.

This is a pretty solid bike for the price. At 6' 00" with 32.5" inseam, this bike is the right size. However, if you are shorter than 5' 11", you may want to consider the medium size (even though Diamondback size chart says 5' 10" is ok) as this bike runs a bit large. It DOES NOT include the assembly tools (confirmed!!). Assembly was pretty easy, but you can't go by the absolutely useless instruction book (look to their website for guidance instead). Most of the bike was already assembled. After 1 hour basic assembly, I had brake noise on rear brake/rotor and noise from chain rubbing against the front derailleur. Knowing absolutely nothing about bikes, it took several youtube videos and another 3 hour to fine tune it. This included adjusting rear brake pad position, rear brake cable tension, and bending the rear rotor just a bit. On the front derailleur, I adjusted tension as well as the high and low limit on front derailleur. They seemed pretty difficult at first, but once you get through it, it will be much easier if you need to do it again. I then made sure that everything was tight and secure, in case someone at the factory was incompetent. Now it shifts very quickly, smoothly and quietly. The brakes stop effectively with no noise at all.

The Essential HR Handbook is a "Home Run" when describing this comprehensive, accurate, interesting and well-written book. It is a great reference handbook that meets all the criterion for any business owner, manager, or human resourse consulting/management firm.

I read all the reviews here before trying to install myself. All very helpful. Two points I would add here that I found helped me with my installation. All with removing the end caps. 1) Use a ladder to get better leverage. 2) Use another screw driver to wedge between the side rail and the end cap, twist it and the end cap slides right out. It took me 2 mins to get it off.
