I would have to say after using one complete bottle, as directed my nails probably grew faster but that was about all that I noticed. I didnt notice any great change in my hair or skin so i didnt reorder. Cant say i would receommend either since I didnt see or feel any diference.

I have suffered with sinus problems all my life and I wish I had found this product sooner. I love it and it works great. I'm thinking about buying my son one as he suffers from sinus problems just like me. Definitely worth the money. Doesn't take long to do a treatment either.

I have lower back pain for years and had a Laminectomy on L4 & L5 many years ago... but never really rid myself of lower back pain. I've tried a lot of things that never worked all that well but I'm very pleased with this product... and it's on my Subscribe & Save program for a 15% savings... which was about 19 bucks but then the price jumped big time. I subscribed in mid-March which should have locked in the price but Amazon raised it just before the ship date but the price a day later on the item was again lower though it didn't drop on my order so I cancelled and subscribed again... just keep one in your cart to monitor price changes if you subscribe to it though I wouldn't pay much more than 22 bucks because that's the regular price at the local chain drug stores. Though it does help with the pain my major problem was leg cramps when sleeping... especially when I stretched out. Those cramps are a direct result from the lower back injury and since I've been taking this for the last few years the cramps are all but eliminated. I only take one pill three times a week but that seems to be enough for me but I also take aspirin and Vitamin B-Complex to compliment it. I can't say what it will do for others but my wife s now taking it and feels more flexible in her Yoga. I have to go with 5-stars because I believe it eliminated the cramps and reduces the inflammation that cause pain... and it didn't involve another trip to a Doctor for an expensive prescription that didn't work or another surgery.

I purchased this right before a pole performance. I knew my palms would be sweaty and wanted to have the right amount of grip for my performance. I had used this product in class before owning my own bottle, so was familiar with the quantity that was appropriate for me to get enough stick without being overly tacky. Experiment with how much or how little you need on your hands and you'll find this is a great product to add to your pole practice. I think I've used this before on hot summer nights on my calves too to help with climbing. Again, experiment and you'll find good grip uses for this product.

This kids version of Just Dance is some what toned down compared to the regular version I have seen in my friends house. The song selection is a bit too wide starting from nursery rhymes through some recent pop music. I guess the developers tried to please the entire family. However, the songs are all fairly decent and not too much adult or questionable lyrics.

With multiple cats and a toddler, I've tried about every stain remover out there. Most leave a residual stain after cleaning. (And beware using multiple cleaners on one spot!) Anyway, Kids 'n' Pets works extremely well on a multitude of stains. I knocked one star off the rating due to the nozzle. It's basically a squirt nozzle and you end up saturating your carpet very easily. But I got a spray bottle for $1 at my local discount retailer which corrects the problem. I recommend this for anyone frustrated with finding a cleaner that works.
