I am a terrible eater. I like bread, chips, fried foods and ice cream. Anything with fat or carbohydrates in it, I like eat. This product gives me the willpower to turn down pies, cakes, and anything else I don't think I should be eating. I use this product as an aid to help me slowly lose weight. The weight I've lost is off my stomach and thighs.
