Aesop’s Fables is one of the most widely read and renown book of its kind in the world. Most of us are familiar with many of the short morality tales it presents including The Country Mouse and the Town Mouse, The Hare and the Tortoise, The Ants and the Grasshopper, The Sheppard Boy and the Wolf, The Fox and the Crow and The Miller, His Son and the Ass. Reading the full list is somewhat tedious but rewarding, especially if you understand the ideas behind the stories.

My stepsister gave this to us after receiving it as a Christmas gift because her son and husband don't like bananas. We have four children and all six of us eat them, so we go through several bunches a week. My kids and I LOVE Yonanas. It's great for being on Weight Watchers. It IS noisy but it only takes a few seconds to make a bowl. I don't know why people say it's a pain to clean it- you literally pop it apart and run it under hot water. Believe me, I use it several times a day and if it was a pain, I wouldn't... I don't have that kind of time. And yes, some of the banana gets stuck inside but it isn't a waste- when you take it apart to rinse it, just scrape it into your bowl with a spoon. I found it super easy to use and it creates "ice cream" really quickly with little hassle. But if you don't like bananas, don't buy it. I'm happy with the money we save NOT buying ice cream and being able to serve my family a healthy alternative. My preschoolers BEG for it!

I have Sjogren's Syndrome so my mouth is VERY sensitive... this tooth paste is still a bit TOO minty for my mouth. I'll stick with their children's formula 

I was very excited to receive this. I have used the Earthly Body's Argan Hair Oil for a few years now and loved it. I decided it was time to try out the rest of their products, and using my birthday gift card, ordered myself this set. Firstly, I received not a shampoo and a conditioner as advertised, but two conditioners. I was pretty bummed, and sent in a notice to the sellers, but received ZERO response back, and I wasn't able to return part of the package without sending it all back in, so I guess I'm stuck with it all. So that was a major disappointment, I wanted to try the shampoo. Secondly, the conditioner is REALLY thick, like takes 5 minutes to rinse it and it still feels greasy thick. So I have not one but TWO bottles of conditioner I won't be using.

I have been getting cold sores about once a year for as long as I can remember. I have tried many different over-the-counter products, with no proof that they did anything to help the cold sores. I have also tried prescription medications, including Zovirax (Acyclovir) and Valtrex. Though I like to convince myself that the prescription meds helped, they didn't do much. Part of the problem is that you'd like to treat as soon as you know a cold sore is coming, but you may have to call a doctor to get a prescription, and it takes a while for the medicine to build up in your bloodstream, and by the time it starts taking effect you've got an angry cold sore on your hands.

I found the content of the book to be excellent. Every married man should read it and be aware of its precepts. Back when I started reading about pick-up artistry (as a married man), I thought about how "game theory" might be applied in a committed relationship and wished one of the pickup authors would write a chapter about it. Imagine how excited I was to discover a whole book!
