I've just been using this product for a few weeks. So far, it is easy to use, although it takes a bit of scrubbing to get the mask off in the morning. . .but then, it is a MASK and that's par for the course. My friend who has been using this product for a longer period of time says she is VERY happy with the results.

I am really pleased. I have never been able to achieve the color I wanted without brassiness using drugstore hair colors, and I can't afford to have a stylist color my hair every couple of months. I was so impressed when I studied the contents of my package. The color and developer were customized as expected, but the thing that impressed me most was the customized instruction pamphlet! I didn't have to do any guesswork to get great results, and I've already gotten several unsolicited compliments. Thank you so much; this is a wonderful service and well worth the reasonable cost.

after a week or so its still not working right. this game is not worth the time and headache. i think i lost my city now. cant log in anymore. done with EA now they can rip the new and upcoming generations of gamers. this is a scam.
