I have had five Dysons in the past. As an OCD-clean type, I put some serious mileage on my vacuums. As they got older- yet still reliable, I gave a couple to the kids, put one in a rental house, took one to work when an old Hoover died, and my last one finally just died a well deserved death right after we downsized.
When we first got PC Matic and set it to clean the computers a couple of times a week, it seemed to work just fine. We renewed for the second year. Then our programs started to crash. Files wouldn't open. When we contacted PCMatic, they put our request in a cue as a high priority, then cleared the file as resolved a few days later. This went on for several months. By then, the computers were so full of malware, Trojan horses and other viruses, I has to send them our to be scrubbed. It took two cycles to find all the problems in the computers. Then PC Matic started their renewal campaign. I would say Why would I renew, it doesn't work. High priority in cue, marked resolved in 2 days with nothing happening. By that time they said we had 5 computers and wanted to upgrade our account.
These goggles are great! I've bought a cheap pair of Bolle goggles for $18, and they were alright but not very stylish. I've also bought $200 Smith goggles, and they were the same quality as these. These look great, feel great (nice foam around the face), and are a reasonable price. Definitely would buy again!
For the amount of money I paid for this, I would expect everything to work. I am not incompetent when it comes to computers and gadgets. The software required for getting "rewards" and such is complete junk. It worked for a few days and since 12/27/11, the connection software will not serve its intended purpose. Leapfrog really needs to update its LeapFrog Connect software. If you buy this, don't expect everything to work. Customer service was a joke. I called to explain the problem and they said they would send me an email to troubleshoot the issue. 6 hours later I get an email: "We apologize for the inconvenience. Please make sure that you have the most recent version of the Adobe Flash Player (version 11). Check for you internet connection, it should be via the cable wire as the wi-fi version is slow for the LeapFrog Connect Application." Do yourself a favor, get the InnoTab instead of banging your head against the wall with this thing. It makes you use the LeapFrog Connect software just to obtain items in the Pet game. If you don't, the LeapPad makes your child wait 24 hours to play with the same items if you use them up, ie. treats, shampoo, etc. Hence the problem, it connected to the "rewards" section for the first few days and now this area seems to have issues on the LeapPad server end of things. Good luck.
Overall, satisfied. I'm not sure if my hair grew any faster than it normally wouldn't have, but I can tell a difference:) these photos are a month apart. After a few days of eating the vitamins, I noticed my nails were stronger. But, my face broke out a lot more. So ups and downs. I haven't decided if I'll get these again or try something else. Any recommendations are welcome! :)
