I LOVE this stuff. One of the families I used to nanny for used Balmex for their twins, and I was always so impressed with how well it worked that I made a mental note to have this on hand when I finally started having kiddos of my own. Now I have an 18 month old and another due any day now, and this is the only diaper rash product I will use. My son doesn't get diaper rash very often, but when he does he gets it BAD (like, open sores and obvious pain/discomfort). One thick smear of this stuff and by the next diaper change there is a noticeable improvement. Used liberally with every diaper change, the rash is usually completely healed within 12 hours. This is definitely my personal go-to, and I include it in any "Welcome Baby" baskets I put together for friends and family.

This gel polish is nice and shiny. However, it takes FOREVER to soak off. A nail professional warned me of that when I told her what kind of gel polish I had. I thought maybe she was just saying it to make money, NOT SO. It turns out that she was telling the TRUTH.

This book is very good and full of informations. The subjects are well presented. It gives a very good summarization. I would definitely recommend it to anyone.

This product isnt going to give a person with a flat butt to Kim Kardashian's rear end however, this product works! After 2 weeks my rear was fuller and now after a month of use I can say it is both more rounder and fuller in appearance. My fiance has noticed the difference too. This was without excercise. Im just now starting to incorporate squats and lunges for even better results but ladies this product is worth a try! I use the lotion twice daily, 1 of the pills a day as suggested, and take 2 maca pills a day. All natural and all work.

I started using this product over six months ago, and have loved it from the first week. It's not that the pounds just fall off without effort, it's that if I'm doing the right things - watching my diet and exercising - then the weight comes off predictably. I don't feel like I have to work out extra hard every single day to even have a shot a losing a pound anymore. Also, there were a couple of months that were very busy and I was not doing the right things. I was eating junk food and not working out at all, but I kept taking Weight Loss Formula No. 1, and a beautiful thing happened. I didn't gain any weight. That's right. None. It was amazing. Perhaps most important to me though is that I feel so much better while I'm taking the formula. I feel more energetic, more even-keeled, and more motivated to do what needs to be done during my crazy day. I highly recommend this product.

I do notice that it really helps if you use if while your belly is still warm from your shower. It you have problems using the bathroom,, it help with that as well. I have noticed a smoothness, and less dimply look around my bottom. I have been using it for two years and it has been great every time. I definitely notice when I stop using it for awhile.

I'm not sure if it was really due to this product, but my hair did grow back in a rate that seemed to be faster. But it's hard to say that it was ALL due this product - I also used coconut oil and massaged my hair, used the inversion method (to bring blood flow to my head), and I used biotin (which is a B vitamin) to help my hair grow faster. I'll update my rating in the future if I have any new observations, but it seems that this oil is a good part of a larger regimen in promoting hair growth and health.
