Very pretty ornament until it fell and completely broke apart. Basically the ornament is 8 arrowhead shaped crystals glued together. I took it to a Swarovski store to get it repaired and the cost was $50 because I didn't buy it in the store. My advice is pay the extra and buy these in the stores, at least then your repair costs are covered.

Poorly conceived and poorly executed device. I was one of the original crowd-source funders and it took months for it to arrive after it was promised. Even that transaction didn't go smoothly. Works with my IPhone 5, but it's just not the least bit useful. For one thing, the thing you want to track (e.g., your car keys) becomes detached from the app within a day or two, with no fanfare. That does no good if you then want to find the keys.

Had my doubts but the Quixx Paint Scratch worked for me on most of the finer scratches I still have to get touch up paint for the deep areas.
