It takes just seconds to run the swiffer down the hall and around the kitchen floor and it picks up all the dog and cat hair that seems to accumulate every day - also all the household dust. For crumbs and bigger stuff, I use it like a broom to collect it all in one place and then push it into a dust pan. Also have a Swiffer Wet Jet which makes keeping the floor clean so simple - perfect for dirty dog prints. Even my kids clean the floor now.

I'm on week three of body by vi and have lost 5 lbs so far. It's not a very fast weight loss option but I do feel great. The shakes are really great and I like to add almond milk, strawberries, and bananas to mine to make more of a smoothie. Trying a few different variations to see what you like is my best advice. And don't use the flavor mix ins those are horrible. The actual shake mix is good though, tastes like cake batter.
