This is the worst excuse for tax software I have ever used (and I have used computer based filing for +20years). I have been unable to register the product and I have been unable to import from 2013 (yes, it is PDF). Their online support is abominable, almost as if it is designed to be unfriendly, so that it is impossible to contact them. This product is not eligible for refund so I will chalk it up to a lesson learned. Caveat emptor - let the buyer beware!

Don't bother with this. It doesn't include a lot of business items as other software. Bought it because my other software was lost in the downloading of programs on new computer and I needed something in a hurry. Got the job done but not exactly what I needed.

My first softbox I've had to assemble vs the umbrella type. I had no issues. The rods were tricky the first time I put it together, but I didn't have any issues. The way I do it is I do the 4 reds first working next on the opposite side. Then I do the others in the same fashion. I hold the speedring with my right hand, and work the rods with my left. The velcro is tight, but it needs to be. It is also not impossibly tight. I have no issues closing the back. I just stretch the top of each flap to get them to hold together. Then I stick my hand through the speedring, and connect the velcro all the way down. I did put it together with the speedring upside down once. It probably takes me a total of 2 minutes to put it together without the diffusers. The first time it took me about 5 minutes.
