I wanted an alternative to tampons cause having cotton up there was causing feminine issues. The DivaCup didn't really work for me/my anatomy. I tried these and they were much better since they are situated completely differently in there! Perhaps this is a little TMI, but with tampons/pads I would always get unpleasant smell and itchiness during/after my period. With the Softcups, the odor is almost completely non-existent and there is entirely no itchiness! Woohoo! I haven't had any leaks or issues yet and I've been using them for about six months! I've also been swimming in these, running in these, pretty much any cliche activity in a tampon commercial, and have had no problems!

This book helped me out so much with my trip to Italy in the summer of 2013. My trip lasted for two weeks and I used this book every day. There are a number of tips to help you skip the lines at the major tourist attractions. Rick Steves also provides some maps in this book that can be used for his free walking tour mp3's that can be downloaded separately.

I'm not planning to take the MCAT, but I have a strong personal interest in biomedicine, and I've found MCAT review books to be good resources to review the general science one should know as a foundation for specialized biomedical study. Among these books, this Kaplan book is one of my favorites, so I recommend it to both general readers and people preparing for the MCAT. The content is fairly comprehensive, the writing is clear, and the color graphics are effective. The tear-out study sheets at the end of the book are also very handy for a quick and condensed "high yield" review of key points.

Ofcourse students should buy more than one book to study for a standardized test since a test like the PCAT is over $200 but this book should be your last option. I bough this one and the Princeton review. This book was useless for the most part. Anything such as trig, precalculus, calc and Orgo reactions isn't EVEN ON THE BOOK. You will notice how much deficient is this book if you decide to take an official PCAT practice test.

Yes this fits a 2015 Rav4 limited. You need a 5/32 allen wrench to adjust the length. This tool is not supplied. The front bar needs to be extended to its maximum length (reason it is not a 5 star) and I fit it 4 1/2 inches back instead of 3 1/2 inches as directed in the instructions. It seems sturdy but I wonder if the maximum extension will reduce the load limit of the front crossbar somewhat. Looks good on the car and seems like a good value.

There is one part I didn't agree with, about waiting to do a yeast cleanse. I'm glad I didn't wait. I did a yeast cleanse immediately upon starting her program and within a week, I felt SO MUCH better. Also, I drink fresh vegetable juice, which she is not a fan of...but I feel SO MUCH BETTER when I drink a mixture of celery, cucumber, and carrots. I LOVE the fermented veggie protein powder! Tastes like vanilla cake batter.
