My 80 year old mother bought this program after hearing about an arguement I had with my son. The order taker advised her this would work on my 28 year old so my mother bought it. My son is a roofer during the day and I am a bartender at night. Also, my son has his own apartment in another town. This limits our time together. I called and told them that my senile mother ordered the total transformation program in error. They refuse to return our money. My mother has no recollection of ordering this program but they don't seem to care. There is no way to get your money back so be very careful when you give them your credit card number as that seems to be their main goal. This program will not work on a 28 year old, it is geared for children.

the picture made the earphones look small but they are huge and they DO NOT stay in the ears what so ever. there too top heavy and fall out. also the audio sucks, its crackly. it also did not connect easliy
