Album is ok but I wish I had purchased a "map type" album showing where the park is and giving more information about the park.

I did the 9 day cleanse mostly because I felt so run down and had terrible morning headaches. I have noticed a great change in energy and my headaches gone. I am pretty tiny to begin but still lost over 9lbs and 22inches. I have kept it off by eating sensibly and doing exercise.
