These are way too small and NOT ADJUSTABLE for people with larger heads. Instead of making my bike ride safer I constantly have to re-adjust these to stop them from slipping directly over my ears. They're nice for the few seconds they actually stay in place but in general these are making my bike ride MORE dangerous because of how much I have to put them back in place and how much they slip directly over my ears, blocking outside sound.

My Border Collie works as a Therapy Dog at a teen shelter where she cuddles with the residents so I did not want to put toxic spot treatments on her. The collar has been worn for 2 months now and I remove 10-15 ticks every week. Some of them have attached themselves under the collar and are alive when I detach them.

I'm on day 3 of my 90 day challenge and so far I'm loving the shakes. It's usually hard for me to eat 5 times a day but this keeps me on track since I'm only responsible for planning dinner and 2 healthy snacks. The flavor mixins are pretty tasty but I prefer actual fruit in my shakes.
