I had originally wanted the VitaMix which is three times the cost and has a longer warranty period. I got this as a Christmas gift and I absolutely love it. It crushes ice and frozen fruit without any issues even using the single serve cup. The ice crushes into snow and I never have ice chunks in my smoothies anymore. Prior to this unit, I was using a $50 unit from Target that left so much to be desired in terms of ice crushing. I would gladly pay $200 for this unit based on that feature alone. It's an even better value with the blender pitcher as well as the food processing unit. One machine instead of three different ones in kitchen -- awesome! Less clutter in my kitchen!

This book has been super helpful in refining my regime that is designed to help me with my Chronic Fatigue burden that I have been dealing with since the 80's. Recommend for everyone as he gives you the necessary information to find your own quality line of supplements (using Amazon for research). It is up to the grownup to add one item at a time in order to determine the effect, in addition to determining what to drop that you may be currently using. With the knowledge, one should be able to design a health program to suit you. More is not better and you do not need to use every single thing for which information was provided.

The taste may not be to your liking if you dislike licorice but I think it's worth it! I think the strongest flavor is cardamom which I love! I have this after eating a meal that doesn't sit well and I feel the improvement in my digestion almost instantly. It is cooling so I can even drink it in the summer. I make sure I have a bag with me at all times!

The Stubby antenna worked after installation but seems to be unable to pick up a few FM stations I normally listen to.

I just received this book in the mail today. Well I haven't been able to go through the entire book and read all of its pages I did skim through just about the whole thing before I handed it to my daughter. I bought it for her so she could study for the ASVAB to increase her chances at the opportunity of getting a good Air Force job. Layout of the book is straightforward and easy to navigate. This book should proved itself to be worth every penny with an increase in ASVAB score. The quality of construction of the book is perfect. The printing and photos contained inside are clearly legible. All in all I'm happy with my purchase. I must disclose that I was able to purchase this book at a discounted price in exchange for my honest review. Happy shopping to all of you in Amazon land.

This is a very comfortable item. I'm not sure why people are complaining about the strength of the material. I think if you carefully mop your floors and not bump stuff around with the stick, it should last you pretty good amount of time.
