The Awapuhi shampoo is one of the best I have ever found. It is gentle to my hair, but cleans squeaky clean with very little shampoo. My hair is easy to manage and the smell reminds me of some great trips to the Hawaiian islands.

Castor Oil has a thousand and one incredible uses! The reason I was so keen to get my hands on this was that I typically use Castor Oil to cleanse my face. It has an out of this world astringent property that really help my acne prone skin. Sense I've been using this, mixed with a little bit of coconut oil as the carrier oil, I have seen a remarkable different in my skin's tone and texture, I can literally massage blackheads out of my nose, and my blemishes have reduce to almost nothing. I'm pretty much living for castor oil these days!

Put this on my 2014 Ram 1500 this afternoon and did not notice any reduction in FM *OR* AM reception on my radio in a suburb of the Dallas-Ft Worth Metroplex. I tried several different FM stations and they all sounded fine.

This item was garbbage. I have been unable to get it to work, the instructions are written poorly, and the construction of the product is very substandard and cheap. Took a chance because it was cheap but i guess you get wht you pay for. DO NOT BUY THIS PRODUCT!!!!!!!

This is an excellent workbook resource for those who don't want to spend the time and money to read the full book and do the excercises there (although I would recommend that as a first choice). I did like this slim resource though, and bought multiple copies to use with my patients in a vocational program -- they loved thinking through the exercises, but I needed to explain many portions for them because the guidelines are rather broad at times, and too specific at others. If I hadan't guided several them through the exercises, it would have been worthless. The full book is a far richer and better resource, and gives you much more to think about -- but this is a good workbook approach that summarizes the main exercises in the full book. A hint -- there is one exercise (Very time consuming) that you can skip -- the first exercise asks you to write 5 life stories, then examine them for commonalities in skills -- You don't need the stories to do the ratings at all.
